What does Champion of Light do?
While shining a Flashlight, Champion of Light triggers its primary effect:
• Grants a +50% Haste Status Effect.
After blinding the Killer by any means, Champion of Light triggers its secondary effect:
• Causes the Killer to suffer from a -20% Hindered Status Effect for 6 seconds.
• This effect does not stack.
Champion of Light applies a cool-down of 60/50/40 seconds after blinding the Killer.
