What does Knock Out do?
Whenever a Survivor moves farther than 10 metres from a Pallet within 6 seconds of dropping it and without the Pallet being destroyed, Knock Out triggers its effect:
• Causes them to suffer from a -20% Hindered Status Effect for 2/3/4 seconds.
