What does Spine Chill do?
An unnatural tingle warns you of impending doom.
Whenever the Killer is within 40 metres of your location and is looking at you, Spine Chill activates:
• You are notified.
• You cannot scream for 12 seconds.
• You vault +10% faster for 12 seconds.
Spine Chill then goes on a 40/35/30 seconds cool-down.
