Why it works
Plague makes survivors sick, and sick survivors need fountains. Thanatophobia punishes injured survivors with slower gens, and Sloppy Butcher makes healing slower. Survivors have to choose between Corrupt Purge and slow gens.
How to play
Infect everyone early and save Corrupt Purge to finish off runs. Stand near fountains when people cleanse.
